I have the right to decline any commission request. There’s a variety of reasons your commission may be declined, either due to the content, scope of work or skills involved, time constraints, etc. You are free to ask why your commission request was declined.
Commissioned work may be posted on my portfolio, as well as my social media accounts, or used in future advertising for commissions. If you would prefer your work not be used in any one of these forms, please let me know at the time of commissioning.
Commissioned drawings are for personal use only.
Personal use includes things such as printing it to hang on your wall, posting it on social media, using it for social media icons, etc.
You may not use these commissions for any type of commercial use or monetary gain.
Payment
Payments for commissions are to be made up front before work begins. I take payments through Paypal. I will send you an invoice once we have the details settled and I will start working on your commission once payment is received.
Payment Plans
If you are commissioning a particularly large quantity of work, or a large, detailed piece you may be eligible for a payment plan. If your commission costs over $100 USD, you can request a payment plan for your commission.
If your commission is under $100 you may request a payment plan, however it may be subject to pending approval.
Payment plans require a minimum 50% deposit before illustrating begins. Once the deposit is made the commission will progress as usual, but all sketches and previews will be watermarked. Once the art is finished, you will be asked to make any remaining payments before final, unwatermarked files are sent. Alternative payment plays may be open to discussion.
Revisions
All commissions come with revisions. Sometimes not everything gets perfectly communicated and that is okay!
Revisions are set to amend this issue. However, excessive revisions may cost extra due to the extra time spent on work. If you request extra revisions past that allotted for your commission you will be notified with a price quote.
Major Revisions
Major revisions qualify as large scale changes to the commission.
Adjusting an entire pose, modifying an entire outfit, and changes that require a very large amount of re-drawing.
-These are limited to once per half or full body free of charge, these will be negotiated for additional cost beyond the sketch phase.
-These cannot be applied once the art has been colored without a negotiated fee.
Minor Revisions
Minor revisions qualify as smaller scale changes to the commission.
Adjusting the length of hair slightly, small or simple modifications to colors or outfit.
Edits that require minimal re-drawing.
-These are applicable to busts and free of charge on all commission types up to 3 times.
Turnaround Times
Commissions are generally finished on a first come first served basis, however due to the complexity of some commissions some may take longer or shorter than others. The turnaround time begins only once a payment is processed.
Approximate Turnaround Times
Exact times will vary depending on place in Queue and complexity. Please let me know if you need a commission by a certain date, such as a Holiday, Birthday, etc, when you send in your request. I will do my best to accommodate requests! That being said these are the approximate timelines you can expect once I start on your commission. These vary based on client communication and workload.
